• Certificate of Indian Blood
• High school diploma or GED
• Photo ID
• ACT or SAT score (or accuplacer score from the Counseling Office)
• Application Packet
• Financial Needs Analysis
• Official transcript (s)
• Letter of admission
• Degree plan
• Class schedule
• Copy of Free Application for Federal Aid Form (FAFSA)
• Documentation of state or private grants and scholarships
