WHO SHOULD APPLY AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Deadline: April 16, 2011
• Must be Hispanic, defined by US Census Bureau as Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, Central and South American and other Spanish or Latin American descent
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
• Must be demonstrate financial need
• Must have consistent active participation in public and/or community service activities
• Must have good writing skills
• Must be a full-time student
