Alabama Law Foundation Cabaniss, Johnston Scholarship

WHO SHOULD APPLY:

An Alabama resident in his or her second year at an ABA-accredited law school.
Deadline: First Friday in June
• Must be a resident of Alabama
• Must be in the second year of law school

The $5,000.00 scholarship is awarded to an Alabama resident in his or her second year at an ABA-accredited law school.  At the committee’s discretion, a runner-up scholarship of $1,000.00 may also be awarded. While academic achievement is the selection committee’s principal consideration, civic involvement and dedication to the highest ethical standards are also given weight.
