Who Should Apply King & Spalding's most important asset is the
talent it attracts, nurtures, and develops. This talent enables us to
provide the kind of responsive and efficient service that our clients
expect and deserve. The King & Spalding Diversity Fellowship
program furthers our commitment to recruit, retain, and promote talented
lawyers who will contribute to the advancement of diversity within the
firm and in the legal profession. The King & Spalding Diversity
Fellowship Program awards up to four fellowships to qualified
second-year law students who show promise of contributing meaningfully
to the diversity of the legal community. Each recipient receives
$10,000 and a summer associate clerkship at one of the King &
Spalding's four U.S. offices the summer following the completion of his
or her second year of law school. The program is available to any
student with an ethnically or culturally diverse background.
