Who Should Apply
The MALDEF Law School Scholarship Program awards scholarships every year to Latino law school students based upon three primary factors: demonstrated involvement in and commitment to serve the Latino community through the legal profession; academic and professional achievement; and financial need. Through its scholarship program, MALDEF seeks to increase the number of Latinos in the legal profession.

Additional Information
The MALDEF Law School Scholarship Program will award scholarships to individuals entering their first, second or third years of law school. The scholarships are awarded to students based upon three primary factors:

Demonstrated involvement in and commitment to serve the Latino community through the legal profession; Academic and professional achievement; and Financial need. Students must be enrolled in law school full-time in the upcoming school year to qualify.  Restricted to an institution, community or defined audience
