Description
WHO SHOULD APPLY
 The Rubin Scholarship Fund provides grants for tuition only to women who are attending an accredited college, university or other institution of higher learning. Scholarships ranging from $500 to $3,500 are available for women who are residents of Baltimore and have been out of high school for at least twelve months. A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required and applicants must demonstrate sufficient financial need.
