Makarios Scholarship Fund

WHO SHOULD APPLY 

To be eligible for the Theodore and Wally Lappas Award the applicant must be a Greek Cypriot born on the island of Cyprus with a permanent residence.  You also must be a citizen of the Republic of Cyprus and currently enrolled or will be enrolled in September of the year of application as a full-time student in a U.S College or University. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Deadline APPLICATIONS MUST BE TYPEWRITTEN, SUBMITTED and received by April 30 of the application year. Applications received after April 30 will not be considered and will automatically be disqualified from the selection. A new application must be filed every year.

Award: 

The Foundation awards annually approximately $15,000 to Greek Cypriot students who demonstrate academic excellence and financial need and who are studying full time in an accredited United States institution.
