WHO SHOULD APPLY AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Deadline: March 1
• Must show certification of legal blindness from an ophthalmologist, optometrist, physician, agency executive serving the blind or other competent authority
• Must be a full-time student
• Must have at least a 3.3 cumulative GPA
